The Lindsey Family has been associated with agriculture in the East Texas area dating back to the 1940s. Throughout the last 75+ years these have included ventures in produce, greenhouses, timber, dairy and beef cattle, meat industry and many others. As a 4th Generation Lindsey Family member active in the agriculture industry, our current focus area is on Registered Simmental Cattle as well as Commercial Cattle and Youth FFA/4H Projects. After numerous years of participating in youth programs ourselves, once we started our family and got the kids involved in 4H/FFA an opportunity presented itself for us to purchase an established set of registered Simmental genetics that have proven to be successful both in the show ring and in the pasture. We took the opportunity and haven’t looked back since. While we may be new in name to promoting our own stock, the record of the stock speaks for itself as well as our own history of what is needed to produce quality livestock every day.
