The Lindsey Store has been the backbone of this venture for 15+ years starting when I was still in high school. Having grown up around the meat business and then later choosing to follow a career path in the meat industry, The Lindsey Store has been a staple in our East Texas Community as a provider of high quality meat products delivered directly to the consumer at affordable prices. While we enjoy raising registered cattle and show calves, our day job is spent heavily involved in the beef and poultry markets. We work with some of the top restaurant chains across the country to supply a quality product at an affordable price, and through this we watch the markets and are able to provide great meat items at below market values you cant find anywhere else. Our products come prepackaged, individually cut, premarinated fajitas, and make it extremely easy to cook 2 steaks at home or fajitas for 4 if needed.
